Matt has over 15 years of experience managing customer-focused manufacturing
and distribution operations. Prior to joining Scougal, Matt was General
Manager of Sheets Unlimited and Die Techs. Matt earned his BA from Yale
University and an MBA from the University of Washington. A Seattle native,
he enjoys skiing, sea kayaking, and martial arts. |

Anderson |
Vice
President
A 15 year Scougal veteran, Rob has managed the company’s sales growth
to record levels. In particular, Rob’s expertise in steel reinforced
elastomeric bearings has made him a well-known member of the bridge bearing
community. He has served as a liaison between regulatory and academic entities
regarding bearing design and testing standards. |

Krishnamoorthy |
Quality
Manager
Krishna oversees the quality function for the company and brings a wealth
of experience and training to the position. He was responsible for implementing
formal quality management and continuous improvement programs at Goodway
Rubber in Malaysia. Most recently he was in charge of rubber compounding
operations at Trelleborg’s Hercules plant in Singapore. Krishna has
Bachelors Degree in Production Engineering from University of Madras. |

Nielsen |
Operations
Manager
Tom came to Scougal in 1999 after several decades in the metal castings
business. His production knowledge and extraordinary commitment have been
instrumental in helping Scougal to achieve its record growth. Tom is rightfully
proud of the company’s Safety Record – we recently celebrated
4 years without a lost time accident. An avid cyclist, Tom successfully
completed a bike trip across America in Summer 2007. |

Fry |
Manager
of Testing and Compliance
With twenty years of experience in the rubber industry, Brian manages our
compliance to the rigorous testing and inspection requirements of various
State DOT entities. Before coming to Scougal, Brian served as Production
Manager for Rainier Rubber. Brian has a Bachelor’s degree from University
of Washington and an MBA from University of Oregon. |
| Greg Frost |
Controller
Greg has over 25 years of experience as a controller in the manufacturing
sector. Greg earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Montana.
Prior to joining Scougal, Greg spent five years in real estate sales.
Greg enjoys Argentine tango dancing and music. This interest occasionally
takes him to Buenos Aires, Argentina. |
