Scougal has deep
roots in the rubber roller business, providing new and refurbished
rolls to a variety of industries. After any old rubber is removed,
we sand blast and coat the steel roller with adhesive to ensure a positive
bond. The cylinder is then wrapped in rubber and cured in an autoclave.
Finally the newly covered roller is turned and ground on a lathe to
your specifications. We can provide a variety of grooving and crown
patterns. We can cover and recover rolls of virtually any size using
many elastomer compounds. Contact
