Scougal can form and bond rubber to nearly any metal surface. In addition to rollers, we can vulcanize rubber to steel or aluminum wheels, castings, tanks, sheaves, etc.

Our experienced craftsmen can wrap and cure rubber around a mandrel to form custom rubber boots and tubes. We stock a comprehensive range of mandrels for common diameters, or we can use customer-provided forms if preferred. We autoclave cure these products, and we can incorporate fabric reinforcing plies into the rubber wall according to your specifications. In addition to elastomeric bearings, we provide molded products for suspension and cable-stayed bridges throughout North America.
